Our Bed and Breakfast Package includes accommodation and breakfast daily.

Please choose from all our accommodation types and enjoy breakfast being included in this package.

Deposit / Payment Policy

Our Reception hours are 7am to 9pm. Please provide us with the estimated time of arrival, along with a contact mobile number, email address and valid credit card details in the guests name. A confirmation letter will be sent with the late arrival details, as arrivals after 8.30pm will require a pin code to access your apartment keys.

Bookings on our Advance Purchase rate or between Dec 18th 2018 - Jan 5th 2019 & Dec 18th 2019 - Jan 5th 2020 will be charged in full at the time of booking. All other reservations will be pre-authorized for the total cost of the accommodation the day prior to arrival once you become within the cancellation policy.

An additional pre-authorisation of $100 on a credit card or $300 on a Debit Visa/MasterCard is required upon check-in to guarantee incidentals. Valid photo ID and credit card, in the name of the registered guest, is required upon check-in. The registered guest must be present on check in. Please note that we do not accept cash bonds to guarantee incidentals.

All our rooms are non-smoking for the comfort of our guests.

We have a strict no party policy for consideration of all Pier 21 guests and our local residents. Loud music and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings on our Advance Purchase rate or between Dec 18th, 2018 - Jan 5th, 2019 & Dec 18th, 2019 - Jan 5th, 2020 are non-refundable. All other reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. All reservations that do not show on the day of arrival will be charged the total accommodation cost. If you wish to amend your departure date, this is permitted, except on non-refundable rates, when you advise us no later than 2pm the day prior to departure.
