Studio Room

The Cottage Homestead overlooks the front gardens and natural Karri Forest. Nestled amongst native trees and home to many local birds it is a "Bird Lovers Paradise".


This is the most private accommodation and ideal for Honeymoon, small families or Wedding Couple's.
The undercover veranda has an out- door table with a Gas BBQ and chairs for a relaxing view over the Lake and Forest. The Private Parking close to the room allows for easy access. Electric car Charging is possible. 


Private Garden and Terrace overlooking the Lake and Forest. Close to Kangaroos.


The Living room is spacious with modern window shutters overlooking the private garden.


The sofa Couch can be made into a double Bed. New Android Smart UHD TV 55 Inch with Internet connection for Netflix, DVD Player etc. Free WIFI.


The Bedroom has The New 5 Star Deluxe Electric King Bed with massage and 0 Gravity function, offering maximum comfort. Separate 32-inch TV,


The room gets serviced every day, high quality Linen & Toiletries.


The new noise reduced Reverse Split AV, electric blankets and Ceiling Fan help in regulation the room temperature perfectly guaranteeing a great sleep.


The en-suite offers an oversize large Bathtub and a walk-in rainwater shower, toilet,  washing facilities with cupboards and drawers


The kitchen is fitted with a large fridge, washing sink, workbench, Dining Table for up to 6 guests.
